Overview
You MAY:
- Use images repeatedly without further payment.
- Modify images for a particular purpose.
You MAY NOT:
- Redistribute images in any form.
- Resell images in any form where images add significant value.
- Use images to create logos, trademarks or service marks.
- Use images for defamatory, offensive, pornographic, or unlawful purposes.
Licence Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you and Stephen Blair. The term Content is defined as any images included in the Product purchased. By purchasing and using Content, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, promptly destroy the Content and any copies and discontinue use.
- All Content is owned by Stephen Blair and is protected by international copyright laws. Stephen Blair warrants that he has the right to grant this licence to you.
- By this agreement, Stephen Blair grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Content in "Permitted Printed Materials" and "Screen Resolution Media" both of which must be created by you for your own use or for use by your direct client or customer, who must be the end-user.
- Permitted Printed Materials are advertisements and articles in magazines and newspapers, brochures, reports and newsletters.
- Screen Resolution Media are digital media intended exclusively for monitor or television viewing.
- You may not use Content or any portion thereof for any purpose other than those specifically enumerated in Paragraph 2 above. Additionally you may not:
- Loan, rent, sell or otherwise transfer the right to use Content to any other person or entity.
- Loan, rent, or otherwise transfer the right to use Content except insofar as such Content may have been incorporated by you into Permitted Printed Materials or Screen Resolution Media.
- Use Content to create logos, trademarks or service marks.
- Use or allow anyone else to use Content in any form of pornography, or in any other manner which is in any way embarrassing to or defamatory of any person or entity.
- Simultaneously use Content on more than one computer at a time.
- Stephen Blair makes no other warranties, express or implied, regarding, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular use, type or quality of image, or compatability with any computer or other kind of equipment. Stephen Blair shall not be liable to you for any consequential, incidental, direct, indirect or other damages arising out of the licence of Content, including any claim of a third party.
- This licence will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this licence. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Content, and shall destroy all Content or copies thereof. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The terms of this Agreement may change from time to time.
- All rights not specifically granted to you by this Agreement are reserved.
